  i asked to mix in brownie, and the brownie was divided into two pieces and just given to me........same thing happened to my friend, in short, the mix-ins are not mixed in properly.....and the banana was extremely ripe and not good in taste at all....was very disappointing!
  Only one girl was working so she was rushing to get the orders done and get next customer in line, but it's not my fault.....it was like me paying full price to receiving an ok product...

  Online Problem? More like organization problem. We ordered an ice cream birthday cake online over a week before we needed it for pick up at 6pm. Called the location a few days later and asked that they change the time to noon. The employee who answered said he had the order and would take care of it. Then when we arrive for pick up on the day. The guy working there says they never received the order and that we'd have to wait 4 hours to get it! What BS. Pretty sure someone at the location messed up. Better check with them twice if you order online!
